i certainly had far too much broccolis and soya beans. i moved very little. i slept more than i needed.

it is also likely that your parents, relations or friends will not apprieciate what you have been through. they cannot really know. you may feel lonely yet become irritated by sympathy; angry, but not sure who or what with or why.
